| GDL Leasing and Finance Limited was incorporated on 27th-jan 1994 as a limited Company Under the name & style of GDL & obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business [Company 55-57107] dated 25-feb 1994.
The company has been engaged in various financial activities such as Loans and Investment, We plan to help SMEs to raise finances thorugh credit gurantee scheme. Government of India has started this scheme to encourage small enterprises for establishing manfacturing unit.
We plan to do many more activities in due course of time which will be known to shareholders from time to time.
